Jan Handel has a deep interest in colour relationships, the illusion of space within abstract painting and the structured geometry of the grid. Made specifically for the gallery space of Factory 49 Paris, Inside a Painting, Gently is a 4 colour immersive installation accompanied by 10 small wall paintings in similar colours.
